Star Anise

Sweet and liquorice-like, star anise contains antioxidant compounds and is traditionally used to soothe digestion. Infuse into broths, curries and mulled drinks. Add whole to poached fruits, syrups or spice blends for warm, aromatic depth.

Responsibly sourced and delivered plastic-free. Available in 10g, 25g and 50g. *Please note, an average jar from a supermarket contains 15g.

Storage Instructions We are a refill store. Your product(s) will be sent in paper bags. We recommend transferring to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. 

A note about allergens While we take all precautions, due to the open nature of our shop environment, we cannot guarantee against cross contamination of allergens.
