This organic balsamic vinegar of Modena is a dark, concentrated, and intensely flavoured true balsamic vinegar. Traditionally made for Suma in Modena, Italy, by one of the oldest and most respected family-owned vinegar manufacturers. Perfect for making dressings and marinades and drizzling over salads, roasted vegetables or strawberries. It can be mixed with olive oil to create a starter dip with warm crusty bread. This balsamic vinegar is registered with the Vegan Society. 250ml glass bottle.
