Madras (Hot) Curry Blend

A bold, warming blend with medium heat, Madras curry powder contains antioxidant-rich spices that may aid digestion. Stir into curries, lentil dals and soups for depth and colour. Use as a rub for roasted vegetables or mix with yoghurt and lemon for a quick marinade.

Ingredients: Turmeric, coriander, chilli, mustard, onion, cumin, fenugreek, ginger, garlic, fennel, salt, black pepper

Ethically sourced by Suma, and delivered plastic-free. Available in 10g, 25g and 50g. *Please note, an average jar from a supermarket contains 50-80g.

Storage Instructions We are a refill store. Your product(s) will be sent in paper bags. We recommend transferring to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. 

A note about allergens While we take all precautions, due to the open nature of our shop environment, we cannot guarantee against cross contamination of allergens.
