Organic cotton inner and outer, filled with organic wheat.
Heat the inner bag in the micro wave in 20 second bursts, until the required temperature is achieved. Then simply put back inside the cover and pop into your pockets. They keep the heat for approximately 30 minutes. You can also pop in the freezer and use as a cold compress.
