Wholemeal Fine Flour | Organic

Finely milled, stoneground, wholemeal organic English flour for pastries, biscuits, scones and sauces. Grown and milled in the UK. Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Unlike British-grown white flour, wholemeal flour doesn't have to include the additional ingredients; calcium carbonate ,iron, niacin and thiamin (and folic acid from December 2026).

How to store:
