Crystallised Ginger | Organic

Crystallised organic ginger, sustainably sourced by Suma. Perfect for snacking and baking – absolutely delicious chopped up and added to granola and flapjacks!

Prepared from fresh, young stem ginger which is cut to size and shape, and then cooked and stabilised in syrup, baked to crystallise, and dusted with sugar. This product is organic and vegan.

Storage instructions We are a refill store. Your product(s) will be sent in paper bags. We recommend transferring to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. 

A note about allergens While we take all precautions, due to the open nature of our shop environment, we cannot guarantee against cross contamination of allergens.
