These delicious fava beans, from Hodmedod, were grown in Suffolk and roasted in rapeseed oil, with sea salt and cider vinegar. Packed full of protein and fibre – and with less than 1/3 the fat of roasted nuts. More healthy, less air miles...and oh so tasty. Sent in plastic free packaging.
