About the author: 

Clover Robin is an artist, illustrator and surface pattern designer specialising in collage and painting. She studied at Central Saint Martins and Leeds College of Art and design where she developed her interest and skills in pattern making, storytelling, illustration and art. Clover lives and works in Teignmouth, Devon with her partner Kev. Among others, clients include Paul Smith, The National Trust, Nosy Crow, Little Tiger Books, Le Monde newspaper, Penguin, V&A, Walker Books and Hampton Court Palace.
