White Spelt Flour | Organic

Organic White Spelt Flour (1 kg) is a creamy, light‑coloured ancient‑grain flour milled from 100% organic spelt wheat. With a mild, nutty taste and soft texture, it bakes beautifully in breads, scones, pizzas, pastries, biscuits and cakes. It can often be used in recipes instead of standard plain white flour. This flour is not fortified. Soil Association and Kosher certified.

How to store:

Roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.
