Set Cornish Honey, 227g
Delicious set Cornish honey made by rescued bees in the Cornish countryside.
Delicious set Cornish honey made by rescued bees in the Cornish countryside. The honey is a delicious wildflower blend, with flavours that shift naturally with the seasons. These rescued bees forage across a wide range of native plants including gorse, bramble, stone fruits, dandelion, plantain, and other hedgerow flowers, giving each jar a unique taste of the Cornish countryside.
After harvesting, the honey is taken to a production unit just outside St Austell, where it’s spun from the frames, gently filtered, and nothing more. Some is jarred immediately as our popular runny honey, while the rest is used to create our soft set and special small-batch varieties.
If you discover a honey bee colony has taken up residence in a part of your property, such as a chimney stack, wall, or ceiling, Molly is your girl! She assists with the safe removal and relocation of the bees. Alongside bee removal services, Bees Off care for over 250 hives across nine sites in mid-Cornwall; taking a gentle, bee-first approach to colony management, creating environments where their bees can truly thrive.
