Plastic free cannellini beans available in 100g, 250g, 500g and 1kg. We recommend storing beans in an airtight container. Orders will sent in paper bags, please reuse and recycle.
TO USE Delicious in soups, stews and salads. Soak beans in lots of cold water for a minimum of 5 hours (they will expand so make sure your bowl is big enough!). Drain and rinse. Put cannellini beans in a large pan, cover with cold water, bring to the boil, scoop off any foam and boil for a further 10 minutes. Scoop the foam off again, then add a little salt and simmer gently for 1-1.5 hours, or until tender. Keep an eye on the water level, adding more if required.
